    3. Water Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide CDC Pressure Washing LLC the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be an additional charge. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive.
    4. Electrical Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide CDC Pressure Washing LLC the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required it will be at an additional charge.
    5. Color and Tone Concerns: The properties and species of wood age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. NOTE: Variances may occur on individual boards as well as the whole project, as densities and other characteristics vary throughout the wood. CDC Pressure Washing LLC will attempt to represent final finish color and tones as best as possible. While we can often give you an idea of overall color or tone you must expect some variance in the overall finish.
    6. Children and pets must be kept off work surfaces for at least 24 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety as well as our own.

Should we need to move items from the patio, we will not be responsible for any breakage, damage or storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to removing these items.
    10. Damages: CDC Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose siding or shingles, open or broken windows, improperly sealed doors and windows, defective construction, wood rot, loose or improperly installed gutters, improperly secured wires, and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and even some vinyl siding cases, the sun and weather will bleach the color and cause fading. Pressure and soft washing, which removes gritty, chalky, and failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the aluminum or vinyl to stand out. CDC Pressure Washing LLC will not be responsible for those conditions. CDC Pressure Washing LLC will also not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.
    11. Stains: Some stains cannot be removed with pressure or soft washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatter from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed easily and conventionally. We make every attempt to point these areas out to customers when we do the estimate of the property. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all. CDC Pressure Washing LLC cannot guarantee the removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces.
    12. Watertight: CDC Pressure Washing LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weather tight. This includes, but not limited to, electrical service including receptacles and light fixtures. Windows and doors should also be weathertight. CDC Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installations, maintenance or repairs of all mentioned items.
    13. Window Spotting: Windows may become water spotted as a result of the services done. Window cleaning is NOT included.
    14. Concrete: The appearance of concrete depends on when it was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mildew, algae, mold, and other stains and pollutants is cleaned, the concrete will reveal any and all imperfections that have been covered up by the stains and pollutants. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same patio, sidewalk, driveways or concrete slab.
